I know I'm a couple of years too late for a response but I hope this helps anyone having the same issue. If you want to use 2.0 the textures are in textures/interface/HUD (I think) they're called water food and sleep, you could always replace them with blank alpha files as I couldn't figure out where they were added, but you'll still get the others flash up on screen when you take stimpaks etc. You'll know it's worked because the starting 10mm pistol will be a Mauser M1930 as originally they were all based on ww2 / vietnam weapons according to the readme (in the images on nexus it says it was replaced with a Mauser C68 so there may be a few differences) I'm guessing the issue comes from the update for the vanilla HUD as the HTS stats from darnUI still show and you get a duplicated grenage icon in the AP bar.
In the update 2.0 a few new things were added but if you download v1.0 (and the v1.2 + v1.3 updates) it fixes the problem. I had this on my old pc a few years ago without any problems, but have had the same issue when trying to get my my new load set up right.
Thanks for the info Castillo, it's not a case of too many mods.
